- People in general are friendly and approachable. - Brand is good to have on your resume since it seems to be respected in the industry. - As other reviewers have mentioned, good work life balance since culture and management foster complacency.

- Little to no meaningful communication from senior management. Town halls are basically meaningless and a waste of time. - Only a handful of senior people have decision making power but are only concerned about their own personal interests and shifting the blame. - Nearly no diversity whatsoever and even employee infinity groups are “supervised” by HR. Super top heavy and no room for cultivating or grooming junior talent. - No KPIs for Sales - sales people are called marketers. If there are annual AUM/sales targets, no one seems to know them.

Wake up! If you can’t put aside your egos for even a minute, the firm’s longevity may be shorter than you think.

Great location and facilities. Opportunity for a self-starter to make his/her mark. Good compensation.

Very little guidance from management.

Better guide priorities and direction from your perch at the top. Avoid the chaos of each department clamoring to be serviced.
