Does LearningMate Solutions offer a wellness program?

Pros

There is growth they support you to bring you to a higher position. The projects are interesting

Cons

Ok, so welcome to the party where you will be treated great for the first few months and once you're in their trap- they will expect you to SLOG. They threaten you if you log out of office at 11pm after logging in at 10. They threaten you to "pull up your socks" and will get you to work on weekends when you've been dedicating countless hours with no breaks. They will provide no support in work- like hiring qualified/trained people. They will expect you to deliver to the most senseless deadlines. They literally overwork and overwhelm every employee till they breakdown under stress and anxiety of the pressures they create. And all of this is without overtime pay. Get ready to face mental health and physical health problems if you join. They will overwork you, demand the all the life out of you and squeeze you dry. So much so that you have to ask for permission to make dinner and eat it at 10pm. After which you are expected to return to work and put down if you don't comply.

Advice to Management

The HR needs to pull up their socks and look after the employees well being. Higher management needs to stop coming up with silly deadlines and provide support to make stuff happen. There should be a set log off time, you cannot expect someone to work for 12-13/14 hours straight almost everyday. Overtime SHOULD be paid. We as employees did not do you favours by working and not getting fairly compensated for it.

Get ready to face mental health and physical health problems if you join.
