Cons
No aws/bonus/medical and leave benefits are bare minimum coming from an insurance company. Salary is below industry standard as well as expected to handle multiple roles for the same pay Run by expats who assume the c - title but are no more then managers or junior assistant managers back in India headquarters. Completely clueless about how to run a company. Lack of proper personal such as Hr/Operations/compliance. Hiring people with little or no qualification for specific roles. Clueless and not willing to learn about local business norms and procedures. Management uses company funds for their own personal benefits. Indian expats look down on local staff.
