What is the retirement plan like at LiquidHub?

Pros

Some nice people to work with. Flexible hours and able to work from home.

Cons

Some account teams think the way to get what they want is to be a bully to others. Upper management tends to be weak. Tools being used are not up to scratch. Working all hours of night due to weak client management. The PTO allowance is minimal and the 401k match could be better.

How are senior leaders perceived at LiquidHub?

Pros

Pay and benefits are competitive.

Cons

Liquidhub (formerly Foundry9) was built on some unique relationships with various financial institutions but unfortunately lacks the leadership and experience to grow and develop those relationships in to something great. This lack of leadership also translates to a very negative culture in which employees don't feel trusted or valued. Onboarding and training is non-existent and there is no focus on career development. The model is to bill as much as possible until people either burn out and leave, or become so complacent that they stay and don't care. Vacation time is also very little so its difficult to have a healthy work-life balance.

How are promotions handled at LiquidHub?

Pros

Nothing significant..like any other organization, you can learn some things here too.. That's it.

Cons

1. 9.5 hrs shift 2. Need to work on even leaves (and on weekends as well, if project requires that). 3. Very less salary hike (don't expect more than 5-6%..10% is considered high) 4. It's acquired by Capgemini, but that's just on words, payslip, offer letter, promotion letter etc still say liquid and then as a Marketing line.. It says "a Capgemini group company" 5. Promotion will happen only after 2 years of previous promotion (CG policy). So don't expect fast growth.

What is the feeling of job security at LiquidHub?

Pros

Good work environment, Job Security

Cons

No additional perks other than salary, rotational shifts, no salary hikes, work hours

Advice to Management

Please improve service of cafeteria
