Does LiquidHub offer housing assistance?

Pros

There are not so many pros Cab facility good Helpful and lively employees

Cons

No work life balance No learning and no personal growth Promotions only for known employees No appreciation for work No extra curricular activities Not so many extra benefits provided like coupons.etc No recognition Managers biased for few employees

Advice to Management

Please take one to one sessions with all your employees to help them with the problems.

How are promotions handled at LiquidHub?

Pros

Nothing significant..like any other organization, you can learn some things here too.. That's it.

Cons

1. 9.5 hrs shift 2. Need to work on even leaves (and on weekends as well, if project requires that). 3. Very less salary hike (don't expect more than 5-6%..10% is considered high) 4. It's acquired by Capgemini, but that's just on words, payslip, offer letter, promotion letter etc still say liquid and then as a Marketing line.. It says "a Capgemini group company" 5. Promotion will happen only after 2 years of previous promotion (CG policy). So don't expect fast growth.
