Pros
Great leadership and colleagues are what make ListEngage standout and continue to grow. Altaf Shaikh, the CEO and founder of ListEngage, has always treated me with more respect, kindness, and support than any leader ever before. It's led me to be here now for nearly 10 years, happily, and well beyond the duration I've worked at any other job. ListEngage is truly like a family, with lots of great upsides: work from home (full-time remote), great pay, great benefits and options for any lifestyle, a collaborative team environment with regular team and company wide meetings and trainings, great onboarding and internal skill development program, a long list of certified specialists with various levels of experience to learn from, the list goes on and on... I've never been more proud to work anywhere. And I'll be here for a long time for sure.
Cons
I don't think it's fair to claim there are no downsides. But I also think it's important to note that the downsides are so small and negligible that the upsides far outweigh them to the point they are mostly irrelevant. Being a consultant, working in a highly technical and fast pace industry, you're surrounded by challenges. So of course it can be difficult on occasion. But the team and leadership around you will support you and help you in any ways they can. We are a team, and we fail and succeed together.

Pros
Everyone here is always willing to help each other out. There is no feeling of competition between colleagues getting in the way of delivering quality work for clients. On average, consultants here are more knowledgeable and talented than other places I have worked. Work rarely gets in the way of your personal life. Salary is competitive. Very fast growth and a focus on being a leader in emerging technologies. Built fully remote, before the pandemic. No expectation of being in-office. The CEO and COO are very engaged and hands-on. They are growing the business organically.
Cons
Smaller company, so the benefits can't compete with huge corporations in some ways - though they are still very good. Being a smaller company and built remote, there are fewer chances to meet your coworkers in real life.
Advice to Management
Management has always taken my feedback into consideration when I've given it directly.
Salary is competitive.

Cons
-Nature of email marketing can be all clients cold or all clients hot. When all clients go hot, you can get busy.
