Samata is amazing, unfortunately her work ethic and proactivity are wasted at this company.

System update has caused pay issues for the past 4 months. Treated me like I was the issue after their system updated caused pay issues. They don't like answering emails when a problem arises. Make appointments that they forget they made and just don't turn up.

Pay your staff on time. Don't make them feel like they did something wrong when your actions caused the initial issue.
