The work environment is amazing and I feel extremely thankful to receive an opportunity to be a part of MDC family. The staff and superiors are extremely supportive .There is good work culture. There is flexi timings and good work culture.

Pros
A good exposure on multiple roles. Management are super helpful. Good work/life balance, great opportunities of work provided by the company. Colleagues are helpful and provide assistance whenever I reach out. I enjoyed my tenure at MDC Group of Companies.

I would like to share my experience with you all About the MDC Group. Management has given me opportunity to work in logistic department and I have witnessed to such a growth that now I am heading logistic department I am very happy and satisfied working with this organization as I have grown financially so much. Management is really taking very good care of employees by supporting them whenever financial support is required. I am really enjoying working with MDC Group
