- Great multi-vertical brands - Tech and digital products are easy to market for - Reporting and Analytics are world class standard

- Team in e-com finds issues but there is no solution team, often things come to dead-end - performance managers lack digital oriented mind-set where they throw most of the investments into one test and blaming games begin - no clear structure on salaries and benefits (unfair balance) - senior team lack the understanding of optimization and how to use web or app data into their advantage - culture and values are not met in the meetings or discussions and in e-com it goes into really unpolite discussions. - e-com team does not act as one, each department competes with the other.

- hire better talent - look into your current team and what are they really driving or doing - be on the industry bench mark of digital communities in all aspects
