Cons Asking their sales team to go and visit market despite COVID situation & without any precaution, they have just given mask that's it. You're not allowed to have lunch more than 20 mins if you take proper 50 mik for lunch they will ruin your life. No breakfast is allowed in office, you can't have breakfast, they will scold you if you have breakfast in office technically these people are more professional than others. Office drinking, forcing you to drink, liquor if you don't then you become their biggest dushman, you tour bills are never cleared on time, never. Zero incentives. Unlimited reports, that to you should not do that in office visit market also and complete those report in market only. Alot of office work is asked to do at home, and if you are found doing office work in office then you're screwed. That basically means you cannot do office work at office. Alot of sales employees from different location are found covid positive. Because they were visiting market despite that we are forced to go in market. And plus no work life balance, because of this covid situation now we are able to reach home at 7.30 pm other. Wise it used to be 8.30 or 9pm, Although if your work is over despite that you cannot go home. Because if you ask that you can go home, they will say ghar jaake karega kya, akele he rheta hai, kya karega. God help people who are working of MRF

Please stop screwing with your employees.

Good payscale Minimum 12 to 13% yearly hike even if u won't do anything For every 3 years there will be a promotion on an average Free food and transport 38 leaves will be credited every year High job security

No work-life balance High pressure on the employee No respect Rotational shifts One week off per week 8 hours working time, 30 min after the shift time one has to leave the factory and 30 min before the shift start one should be available In total 9 to 10 hrs a person has to spend time in the company

Advice to Management

Treat employees as humans and not as robots. Plz bring some changes in the policies like 2 days off per week
