Are transfers to other offices possible with Madhi Foundation?

Pros

1. Opportunity to experiment and think of original solutions. 2. The team is worth all the time and effort, you build a sense of camaraderie and friendship during your time at the org. 3. A lot of focus given on team physical and mental wellbeing 4. Opportunities to explore different verticals and projects 5. A flat hierarchy system so that there is equality in the org. 6. A strong and conducive relationship with the government stakeholders and donors paves a pathway to impact at scale. 7. A non-judgemental culture helps the team to learn and grow stronger 8. A place where one can have deep and passionate discussions about the sector with the best minds. 9. High levels of satisfaction 10. You can see overall growth in personality and character in terms of building resilience and grit.

Cons

1. Dealing with the uncertainty can take a toll on the overall wellbeing 2. It's difficult to feel a sense of achievement as the process towards a systemic change is long and arduous. 3. Most of the time the team size is significantly small when compared to the magnitude of work and ownership of projects
