What is health insurance like at Magneti Marelli?

Pros

Leaving. Please know (they do not tell you until your first day) payday is only once a month.

Cons

Lowest pay in the industry, horrible health insurance, zero communication, no resources. There is a mass exodus here and they are not replacing lost resources. RUN!!!

How is management perceived at Magneti Marelli?

Pros

Top 100 Automotive Supplier world wide Global positions (Locations in different countries) Top 5 Automotive Lighting supplier Company merge position Marelli as the world’s 7th largest global independent automotive supplier People with a lot of knowledge “Know How”. My direct Boss is amazing, thanks to him I keep working in this company, he has fresh ideas and always looking for the big picture in any topic. He has excellent balance between Technical & Administrative skills.

Cons

Upper Management does not care about any situation, they leave you alone, currently we have a high rotation and they have not hire anybody, even with my direct boss pushing to hire somebody, upper management does not care about the situation. -Lack of process on site or process unknown or Lack to follow the process -Lack of Guidance (Projects, carrier path) -Poor Great Place to Work Results -Toxic work environment -No Teamwork -High Rotation -“Know How” is not properly share. -High Rotation, lost of “know how“ -Competitors currently deliver products with better price & sophisticated technology The lack of process and Guidance generate a toxic work environment internally and externally You can find yourself working with people that are not professional, that could be racist or yelling at you.

Advice to Management

Upper Management currently does not take care about the situations mentioned at Cons,

Upper Management does not care about any situation, they leave you alone, currently we have a high rotation and they have not hire anybody, even with my direct boss pushing to hire somebody, upper management does not care about the situation.
