Pros

I have been associated with Majulah InfoTech for the past 1 year. Joined as Software Engineer and now as Senior Software Engineer. I have 8 years of experience and have worked in few Corporate Companies in my past. This is a honest review and unbiased one. I really like the Organization. Having a Head Office in Singapore, the Chennai office is started in Jan 2020. Now the company's strength is more than 150 and this is a Product Based IT Company. Their product is HRMS and has thousands of clients in Singapore, Malaysia and Hongkong. I must admit, they take care of the employees so well. Especially during the Covid period. Employees were contacted by HR frequently and was supported sometimes monetarily. MaJulah works with some of the latest technologies and has products in Dot Net, iOS and Android. The Growth depends upon your involvement and progress at work. But if your performance is good, you can expect ur next position in a short span of time. Birthday cakes are sent to home to celebrate with family members. Food is provided for free, breakfast and lunch. Yes, shift timing is 6.30 AM- 3.30 PM but is given free pick up and drop. I cannot compare this company with any Corporate in industry but I prefer work-life balance, growth and friendly work atmosphere. So Majulah is certainly the company which I always wanted to work with. And Yes, salary is on time every month. 28th of every month is the salary date :-)

Cons

Insurance - They provide 2 lakhs worth health insurance for Self alone and that too after the completion of 3 months probation. Certainly a big negative which was escalated to HR. They promised to change it to higher amount this year's renewal and include dependents as well. Hope this works.
