Pros

Good team management by seniors Approachable senior managers Moderate learning environment Flexible working environment Moderate work pressure

Cons

Low pay scale than industry standards Worst appraisals and IT systems Worst medical insurance No importance to ground level employees who does 90% of the report work. Senior analyst always crib on ME and avoid working on report. Put force on juniors to complete all the report work. Difficult to conduct primary interviewe due to unpaid interview model with industry respondent. No appreciation or recognition on work Editors are very rude and think they are the owners of the company and research team is under there command. They drop mail to higher authority for minor things. Instead of doing there job to improve the quality of report. They ask research team to remove error and rephrase grammatical mistakes and content. Then why to hire editors if everything has to be done by research team. They can't even rephrase sentence, no standardization on content among editing team. Every editor put there own actions on content. Pathetic experience with editors. No feedback taken from ground level employees on seniors and editors. Only they are rated by them. No separate team to prepare marketing collateral. It is also prepared by research team junior employees. No separate team to provide primary leads. Its just like 1 employee working in 3 department. No financial growth in this company.

Advice to Management

Senior managers are approachable but never ask for feedback for superiors. Management should focus on understanding basic problems which is based by entry level employees. They only care for product not operations.
