Pros

The company had it's perk. Some good things were 1. Flexible timing 2. Good hike if you perform well and have good relations with your manager. 3. Comp offs if you work on week ends. But all these are old news. Now with new top management (specially in the HR) and with new WFH environment situation is pretty bad in MnM

Cons

1. No work life balance 2. Salary hike is not satisfactory 3. Fake reviews on glassdoor 4. No job security, company is more on hire-fire mode now 5. Top management is delusional, lack of planning is visible in almost every department, HR can't keep track of working hours or leaves, research managers lack basic research skills (that's why they are still in MnM, people with skills, leave the company very soon), most of all IT support is terrible, it was not at all prepared for WFH migration, and now employees are suffering due to poor IT infrastructure and support. This list can go on and on.

Advice to Management

Instead of writing fake reviews and tricking google with your strong SEO techniques, start working on basics, take care of your employees, hire good people and let them use their brain to improve the company. Get rid of yes-men.

4. No job security, company is more on hire-fire mode now

Pros

Good learning opportunity as they work in niche markets and flexible work hours (depends on manager to manager)

Cons

• Biggest con is you could be unemployed anytime as per management’s wish! No job security. They fire around 100 or more employees twice in an year before both appraisal cycles. • Lock-in time of minimum 6 hours to mark attendance. No compromise in case of emergency. You’ll be marked absent or will have to take leave. • Leaves credited only 1.75 each month, else salary gets deducted for more leaves • Highly unhygienic and smelly washrooms and cafeteria • Managers humiliate juniors in open, the culture is such that people behave as if juniors are slaves • Toxic and political environment. I never understood what is office politics before experiencing at MnM • 6 hours won’t be counted in case you are in cafeteria for lunch/ breakfast or even to fill water bottle • Gender and religious inequality

Advice to Management

• Treat people with dignity. Employees are not slaves by definition • Provide job security to build trust and sense of safety for food and shelter to their families - Don’t hire people if you cannot afford them • Provide basic hygiene facilities in washrooms and cafeteria • Understand that water and food are basic necessities for humans to work, stop deducting productive time to have food and water

No job security.

Pros

Pay is great, nice office location, lot of learning, basically you're lucky if you land in of the good VP's teams. They have excellent resources from the world's largest market research companies, IITs, IIMs and is a good place to learn in, especially for someone in Sales.

Cons

Job security is a major issue. If you don't perform, you're out. Even if you perform and have a fairly high payscale, you could be asked to go even with the slightest glitch in the system.

Job security is a major issue.
