Good for freshers Should not stay here for more than 2 years Lot of experience with company will depend on Manager and Team Lead Flexible working hours but will depend on your manager

Very limited opportunities to grow Lot of work bombarding happens on Associate and Analyst level Unnecessary and unplanned changes in processes of working on frequently basis No opportunities to grow after 2 years

Advice to Management

Changes and updates in process of working methods should be brought after thorough thinking

Pros

Excellent opportunity to dive into the science of Data and Research. It is just too scientifically advanced and makes a dumbo sound like an expert with its advanced web-based tools.

Cons

Back-breaking schedule. Too much pressure to deliver!

Advice to Management

Please hire scrutinizingly and with all the filters turned 'on'. Once the candidate is on board, give him/her atleast one year to fully understand and respond proactively. But before that one-year investment, make the hiring process really good. Be sure, using psychometric tests and other ways, that you will hire strictly from a long-term learning perspective and not short-term results perspective. Invest in GOOD people. Good people will give results, some sooner some much later...but you have to invest your trust and heart on them after hiring them. Hence, the hiring process must be best-in-class. Be strict there!

Excellent opportunity to dive into the science of Data and Research.
