Pros
Quite frankly, close to none
Cons
Your sales efforts result in rewards for your managers, after they transfer your clients to their pipelines, not to you, and who are also the ones to hire and fire constantly. The HR lacks the power to intervene in these decisions. You are left in a constant state of worry about your job because on paper, you haven't closed anything much. There is no career growth here as the CEO trusts the management since they've been with the company for a long time however talented you may be, and how many ever clients you have actually brought for your team, and will quote your lack of sales while getting rid of you instead of realising the management can't be innovative after a point and need to replaced with new talent who may have so many new skills to help the company.
Advice to Management
It's time you move on to other roles for the sake of the company as you have nothing new to bring to the table and instead you've begun resorting to stealing or distributing sales to the minions who bring you food and alcohol. Shameful and a disgrace on your capacity.
