Easy to fit in Work is not too technical Great if you have good communication skills The leaders are friendly and open

Cons

Some of the seniors responsible for training remain unavailable. And will take it out on their juniors. Same old practices and programs have been followed since years Gets a bit haphazard bcs of lack of flow

Advice to Management

It would be great if you stop giving the benefit of doubt to your senior managers. They are over looking lot of things and put the accountability on the ones below them
