Pros

Uncapped variable pay - if you can do the sales to earn it, you can potentially double your fixed salary

Cons

-Incredibly toxic and sexist work culture: The CEO, Sandeep Sugla is an abusive and toxic individual who swears and shouts at people to get work done. I have been a part of multiple zoom calls with this individual and he literally screams at people if they don't perform in line with what he demands of them. This is no way to work as a professional. One of the company sales leaders routinely uses sexist and frankly disgusting analogies like "go for the nipple, not the boob" after using the qualifier "I'm only saying this since we're all boys here" -Training is a joke There is no real structured sales training here, it's all about what you learn on the job and from your colleagues. That does make up for the lack of official company-sanctioned training -Company is dishonest about pay structure I was told before joining that my variable component would be INR 400K and fixed would be 800K. However in reality my fixed component turned out to be closer to 700k. -No real career growth in terms of responsibilities. Your career ladder here after joining as an Associate Engagement Partner is: Client Growth Partner, Client Partner, VP Sales, SVP Sales. However, the Client Growth Partner and Client Partner do practically the same job as an associate engagement partner but you get paid a bit more and your targets are higher. So career growth prospects are just not good enough over here

Advice to Management

There is way too much focus on money from everyone. The HR thinks that they can solve issues of work-life balance and employee dissatisfaction by throwing money at people who want to leave. They need to understand that a fulfilling work culture and peace of mind at the workplace would be far more worth than any money that they may give a person.

There is no real structured sales training here, it's all about what you learn on the job and from your colleagues.

Pros

I really wish I could list something here

Cons

The list is just endless. It can never be an exhaustive list because there are so many. The worst part of the company is definitely the human resource team. The leadership has no vision or direction where the company should head.

Advice to Management

Shut down the company

The worst part of the company is definitely the human resource team.
