Pros

Quality work, Top tier Client interaction, Ordered work structure

Cons

Too much focus on process, support staff have more power and leverage over research, constant attrition, upper management is too idealistic with no realism.

Advice to Management

Firm needs to be research oriented, researchers are seen as factory workers whereas sales and support staff get all the glory and praise. Which is why you can see high research attrition in company. Please do not handicap the research team with unnecessary process.

Pros

1. Salary - They can buy you out from your current employer pressing you to join early by creating an urgency. Yes, they do pay way above the market standards just in case you do not have a thing in hand, salary will entice you. 2. Knowledge attainment - Since the company is in research, there's a plethora of industry trends and upcoming market opportunities you can learn about.

Cons

1. The top-level management is messed up. They have moved and changed a few people but still no change in their way of functioning. 2. Larger intervention of the top level in day to day activities of ADs & VPs leaving no room for learning and exploration for change as an individual. 3. They will not train you. The trainings on their internal portal are not enough for you to understand the offerings, and when going gets tough, they schedule trainings on weekends! So if you can wear different hats and learn on your own, this is good for you then. 4. Managers are bombarded with targets and reviews are scheduled every single day to check the status, and the top most chap reviews. YES! 5. There's no HR policies, very unprofessional and inhospitable team. 6. The culture is too shoddy, they have budgets to offer higher packages but none to improve product and build a proper utilitarian CRM, an internal CRM isn't even given any importance. 7. Lack of work-life balance even when one is working from home, those who have joined during initial years and still working have great rapport with the management and it's a win-win for them, which has also given birth to a lot of politics across teams. Rather join a startup and prosper than getting stuck in a labyrinth full of recklessness

win for them, which has also given birth to a lot of politics across teams.
