There's no work-life balance. Forget about a balance. You have no life. Made to work 12-16 hours on average Mismanagement of task and allocation of work is very biased Quality is largely compramised due to several additional task being piled on your head Forced to work on weekends and holidays with absolutely no comp-off Managers and senior management actively promote toxic work culture in the name of "growth"
