How do employees feel about the requirements to work at McKinley Rice?

Pros

I can not think of any.

Cons

Full of politics and zero empathy. They don't care about laws. Their agreement is totally one sided. They will fire you for no reason and you can't ask questions, well technically you can but you won't get any answers, they will just ignore you and ghost you. They will fire you by accusing you of any random things. I think they have a big bowl of chits, the joker just picks one chit up and give whatever is written on that as a reason to fire you. THEIR CLIENTS ARE NOT REGISTERED IN INDIA. This means they are not bounded by any laws. They can do whatever they want, they can fire you in one hour. And they are cringe. If you don't believe me, just look at their LinkedIn, look at their memes (can't even call that unfunny thing a meme) They post stupidest thing and think that they are very funny, and moreover they force employees to be in those memes 🤦🏾‍♂️ On top of that, they ask employees to put positive reviews on glassdoor and google. And they talk a lot of sugar coated things, someone with experience in corporate would easily catch them but freshers won't be able to do it. They are very cunning. They have this thing called "Mental health assistance". Which is nothing but scam. You will have a call with a supposed therapist, she will ask you about your opinion on the company and work. If you give negative feedback, she will report that to the HRs. I intentionally did that and caught them red handed. That counsellor has no name or no face. They will ask for feedback every now and then but if you give negative feedback, their egos will get burnt to ashes. It's a big circus. And COO is the biggest joker of that entire circus. He has no clue of how corporate works. Totally irresponsible c suite with no qualification whatsoever.

Advice to Management

No advice, because there is no room for improvement because the room is filled with ego. Teach your HR heads a thing or two about communication. They threaten people on call. Let me tell you one thing, you are nothing. Your skills are pathetic and you are awful. Shed off your egos and attitudes.

Totally irresponsible c suite with no qualification whatsoever.
