How is the work/life balance at McKinley Rice?

There is nothing good in this company

There is no work life balance, The language used by the client not only reflects poorly on their professionalism but also has the potential to create discomfort and distress for our employees. you are told to work day and night, minimum 15 hrs per day. Even if you are sick, you will have to work otherwise you will be fired.
Advice to Management
poor management, While we value our client relationships, it's essential to establish clear boundaries regarding acceptable behaviour. Communicate to clients that we expect the same level of professionalism and respect from them as we provide.

Worst management, No reimbursement , fake promises First They call MNR family and after using you and your skills they will fire you without any reason. Very micro management from technical team as well as HR team. Here no will grow, they won't follow any coding standard , nothing I recommend all to dont join fresher's as well as professional.
Advice to Management
Buy some udemy couses for HR management. The way they speaking , and managing. Also don't hire for temporary people , if you don't have money , because we already reject other offer and joined your organisation, we have dependencies we are not rude like you
