Free food all 4 times if you want to work for 12 hours. Getting short travel opportunity is easy Free medical coverage of parents (85%)
Cons
Too much politics and nepotism Some people are very non-professional and may always demotivate you Incompetent people get promoted before deserving people. It becomes difficult to work with them as all the pressure is on people who actually work. Irrational behaviour from E3/E4 managers is highly demotivating
Advice to Management
Think again.. Be rational. Don't pull your ego in everything. You select some incompetent people, back them nicely -- That person make others suffer and then leave the organisation. If you don't know IT then consult people from IT before recruiting L5/E4 managers. At a later point you will suffer for creating decentralised applications by competing with IT.

Slow pace of growth, long queue for Promotions, tasks usually involve end-level integration and coordination. Job profile vs actual job activities can vary greatly, something to be looked into properly before joining. Mostly decisions are made in Germany and MBRDI is a support company. Recent trends include hiring a lot of people to become even more like an IT Company.
Advice to Management
Keep the number of people low but have better quality and better pay, rather than diluting everything. This will automatically ensure good projects being completed. Else, if such competency is not required according to Management, then there’s nothing special about Mercedes as an Employer.

Work life balance if you are smart enough. Cutting edge technology. Good food Good campus Good for you if you know how to buttering your boss. Good insurance policy. Agile mindset.
Cons
They have created disparity in employee by giving hike to some people's. Difficult to get Germany visit. Favouritism. No onsite opportunity. High attrition rate in 2021. Less salary compare to products based companies. No hike if you put down the papers.
Advice to Management
Nothing just don't create disparity among employees.

Top management of Mercedes Benz India is not concerned about mid/lower management, unfair practice of salary hikes & bonus distribution. Top management gets all benefits like company car, unlimited fuel but management will think twice before increasing penny worth of bonus & salary for lower management.
