- The Appraisals are very slow. They have appraisal during Jan-Feb. So if you have joined around Oct-March, you are good to go. But if you have joined after March (April-Sep) you will get appraisal after almost 9 months. As after you complete an year in April, you will be due for appraisal. but appraisal will happen only around Jan-Feb, so you will have to wait for 9-10 months for a hike. Been said that you will definitely get you due raised amount from April to Dec. when appraisal happens in Jan along with arrear. Also, As I already said the appraisals are good.

Advice to Management

Please align the Appraisal process. So that everyone can get a hike on time.
