Eco-friendly office premises. 13. CEO Keshav Sharma is such a great person who works more than other employees. He is a man with a humble nature, great principles and very down to earth. I've never seen a CEO like him in my 10 years of career in the IT industry.

Cons

1. 22 days working policy. You have to work on some Saturdays. 2. Sometimes Goal become an extra burden on you. You have to pick & complete a goal every quarter. & if you are not able to timely complete this then your manager will create pressure on you by asking about goal status daily. 3. There is an IT team in which only a few member works & others only enjoys and do nothing. Most of the people in the IT team behaves very rudely. They think that they are next to the CEO. 4. Head of IT team, I've no words to describe his amazing personality. He thinks that he is the most intelligent person in the organisation. But actually, he knows nothing and had very poor technical knowledge. His sleeping habit during office hours is very famous among Metacubians. He is very rude, egoistic and unprofessional. The only work he does is reading the same PPT in every session with a high temper. On asking some logical question, he loses his calm, get angry and give stupid answers. He uses undergarment examples during the presentation & feels very much proud of it. In my one year career in Metacube, I had to attend his third-class repeated session on GDPR policy three times and it is the worst experience of mine in metacube.

Advice to Management

My only advice to management is if you really want to secure your data then please appoint a good Security guy who can really do something for security instead of threatening your employees in every session.

1) In some projects, Work-Life balance is hard 2) Its hard to achieve diverse opportunities 3) Chances of working on-site is very low

Advice to Management

1) Increase on-site opportunities 2) Try to give diversity in technology and work. 3) When there is little diversity in technology and work, employee growth stops.
