If you are a person who is desperate for a job and doesn't mind being treated as a workhorse and being exploited and can learn to accept and suck up with the cons, look nowhere else. a golden opportunity awaits to screw your social life and your health. 1.People- people who work here are more often the ones who are scared to make a change in their life, who are scared to get out and have a fresh start, Regardless none of them would stay here provided a better opportunity elsewhere. 2. Work environment - a month on production you'll come to realize you are pretty much screwed big time. Why? A couple of reason why - No such thing as vacation leaves (except for the VERY hard working managers) - No such thing as complimentary off. - Forget bonuses and compensations. - They give great opportunities and very quick promotions, only if you can kiss butt of the person above you or if you are related to them. - Not a single employee here is happy to be here, each and every single one will jump ships blink of an eye provided the chance. - No such thing as team outings or at least company-sponsored ones, more like your school days where you gotta pay for your outing and the food and everything damn thing. 3. Now here's the biggest reason why. - they DO NOT follow the work timings promised to you they say 9.5 hours guess what they give you the kind of workload which requires you to work at least 13 hours a day. so say goodbye to your HEALTH both mental and physical, and say goodbye to your social life family time.

Advice to Management

You can do so much better than being a company that exploits its employees by treating them like a workhorse and not have the common courtesy of paying them rightly for it.... if you guys need to make more money why not take a payout from the top dogs rather than the ones struggling day and night to fill your own damn pockets.
