How are the career development opportunities at Mind IT Systems?

Pros

I have joined MindIT a month ago, being a Fresher I don't think I could find a better opportunity anywhere else to kick start my career in HR domain. This is a place where everyone can put their thoughts, ideas, and suggestions in front of everyone without any hesitation. MindIT never treats their employees as employees they treat everyone like a family.

Cons

I tried to find this one, but oops I couldn't.

Advice to Management

No advice for now.

What kind of career opportunities exist at Mind IT Systems?

Pros

1. Growing company, consistent in growth, Very focused on kind of projects they take. 2. Warmth. 3. Culture - Process based, yet very personalized feeling. Overall is excellence oriented culture. 4. Variety of Projects - All types, small and big, front-end only, core programming, Edge technologies 5. So many opportunities to learn. 6. I have made friends here. Could not do that in previous two companies.

Cons

I dont have. I have worked in two companies earlier, one with a 2000+ count and other with more than 200 people. I could not learn much in first one and there was too much politics in second one. I really appreciate what all I can bring and lead here as well as opportunities I get. Not many people realise that companies they work do not care about them. Here, Mind IT does, and thats what is so different about this company.

Advice to Management

Some more freshers and 1-2 experience year people can come in useful.

Pros

Friendly environment and good work culture. Supportive colleagues. Quality focused, I’ve learned a lot in just a few months of service. The company provides career improvement training and on-time salary.

How are senior leaders perceived at Mind IT Systems?

Pros

People are friendly and there is no office politics. Seniors help and the atmosphere is very collaborative. Opportunities are given to handle clients of US and Europe and growth is good for people who perform well. Great connectivity to Metro.

Cons

Activities are less, could be because of Corona though. Would like to move to project management, but requirements are stringent.

How is management perceived at Mind IT Systems?

Pros

it is ok for freshers to work for only few months

Cons

"I love mind IT systems", "great place to work", all these kinds of reviews are published by management and they made their employees to fill these kinds of reviews but the exact reviews are, the reviews which employees fill themselves after a good experience not the ones they ask their employees to copy and paste. I want this thing to be realised by management.The management behaves badly specially when someone is about to leave the organisation. Rather than appreciating whatever the employee has done for them, they treat that person really bad and also say bad words about that person to the rest of their employees even after knowing that all the employees are good friends first and they share everything. No client-based projects. The growth isn't here. You may reach a really good level in other organisation in the meantime as much you will put your time and efforts in Mind IT. They even try to demotivate their employees at the time of appraisal so that they do not demand hike in salary. They would never appreciate you even after you work day and night.

Realise that are all the employees are friends first, before saying bad for one employee to other employee.
