Does Mindtree offer life insurance?

Pros

Leaves are great. Insurance is ok. Salary hike is less than normal humans.

Cons

No proper review. No outing or Team break. No friendliness. No work from home!

Advice to Management

Be fair. Think of employees as humans first than considering them just business need puppets.

Insurance is ok.
