What is the feeling of job security at Mobile Premier League?

Pros

The kind of work involved is very good.

Cons

The people you'll be working with are a problem due to the lack of organizational management. No proper download of jobs given to new employees. Lack of clear understanding and knowledge transfer. No processes are being followed since everyone does a task on their own way which is really confusing for a newbie to follow. Overall, a complete mess of a company and structural organization.

Advice to Management

It is confusing to work in an organization where every department is a mess. No proper process exists for anything. Without proper handover or information and no one to reach out to, tasks get hampered in turn affecting employer productivity and motivation.

No proper download of jobs given to new employees.
