There are a lot of opportunities if you are a person who loves to perform. They recognise you and your work, faster than you do. I strongly recommend this workplace to anyone who is a fresher or experienced. Lot of fun, events and project celebrations.

There are having pros and cons in every organization but you focus what your company provide you rather wasting your time to think that company not provide me this and that. Stop comparing to other organization's. Then you never find that much critical cons in your company. Always be positive and productive to your company.
