What is the salary like at Morrison Healthcare?

Pros

Does Morrison Healthcare offer a weekly bonus?

Pros

Employment, Steady Payment, although could be better for amount and style of jobs we take on alongside our own. Benefits

Cons

They are more concerned with overall dollars than health and happiness of the staff. Focus more on "covering the wound" repeatedly, rather than fixing the issue. Lack of staff, lack of appropriate amount of managers to employee ratio. Managers are increasingly worn out, exhausted. The business partner HR is quite awful as well. We often do a lot of work within other departments, many times pulling 60-70 hr weeks for no extra money or benefit to ourselves. No bonuses. Amount of vacation allotted is disgraceful.

Advice to Management

Fix the issues before your team drowns. Stop delaying action when and where it is needed the most within departments. When you promise your staff help, new roles and positions, something better...you should deliver. At least half of us are searching for employment elsewhere, even during a pandemic. Take care of your staff. Offer incentives for extra work, aiding others etc. Talk more and assist us in developing long term plans, we never meet to make decisions and plans together. They speak a lot to us about "balance", but there still seems to be no balance, very unlevel.

No bonuses.

What are pay raises like at Morrison Healthcare?

Friendly staff and good insurance

Your job description on your hire date vs what you're ACTUALLY doing are completely different things. You are expected to take on more responsibilities and then get no raise or reward. I've felt very undervalued and unappreciated by upper management, although I am told quite often by other staff how much work I'm doing and how good I am at my job.
