Pros

Great Leaders. Great Food related concepts. Great Training programs. Always improving and revamp of stations.

Cons

More competitive Pay. More PTO days after 20 yrs. More benchmark for future position. No more hire out of desperation.

Advice to Management

Performance review should be base on personal development, time with the company and overall personal achievements and not as a whole, I have several manger gaps in the past and this do not help my increase at all.

Pros

I first started working for Morrison Healthcare in 2012. I was fresh out of culinary school and have not regret working for this company. I have grown so much thanks to all the mentoring I received from my fellow associates. They have shown complete support through out not just for myself but for others and really help you reach your full potential.

Supports RDN preceptors in Dietetic Intern mentoring, including pre-rotation medical nutrition therapy training to enhance knowledge base.

Cons

One challenge involves the contract status and on-going need for staffing justification.
