Pros

Opportunity for advancement, talent is recognized and most promotions come from within the company.

Cons

There is a feeling that you can never really take a day off. You are always aware that as a contract company, changes in decision makers can effect your livelihood even if you may have delivered results for many years.

Pros

Benefits, Vacation, Flexibility, Able to relocate when contract expires.

Cons

Promotions are easily based off who you know in the company. Some RDO’s are not qualified, with poor management skills. Company is focused more on money than patients, In actual reality.

Advice to Management

Quit promoting / hiring people because of who they know. Create higher pay salaries for Catering Associates.

Pros

Just celebrated 31 years at Morrison. The career opportunities are endless! I've held at least 10 different positions during my tenure, enjoying all of them. Each position provided learning that led to the next advancement. Internal promotions are encouraged and supported by training and experiences.

Cons

Even with consistent, varied communication to the field, it seems that some associates are unaware of new processes/programs/promotions.
