There is a feeling that you can never really take a day off. You are always aware that as a contract company, changes in decision makers can effect your livelihood even if you may have delivered results for many years.

Pros

Working for this world class organization has been a very inspiring journey for me since day one! Nothing but support from the top down to help you elevate your career.

Cons

It's contract management, so job security is not a factor.

Advice to Management

Keep innovating all aspects of the business and take the time to really stop a get to know people and build those relationships
