What is the hiring process like at MountBlue Technologies?

Pros

You can join if: 1. You are too good at coding. (Because they will not give you time to learn, You have to start work on projects). 2. You are an extraordinary candidate (You have a good learning and adaptive brain). 3. You can handle pressure. 4. You have a mindset of labour to work hard. You will get your stipend on time.

Cons

First of all, MountBlue is not a company. You can consider it as a training institute. If you are selected, don't fall into the trap that you have got the job. You have to forget about work-life balance. It is too bad. You can feel pressurized every single day, even at night. There is a rule of "reprimand"(a formal expression of disapproval). Every single mistake will result in a reprimand. Mistakes can include: 1. Not following best practices. 2. Not able to meet deadlines. 3. Getting late in meetings, 4. Poor performance in code reviews. The maximum number of getting reprimands is two. After that, they will terminate you with immediate effect. and you will be on the road with no other choice. They will tell you that you have made the Mountblue recruitment process then you will definitely get placed in one of their customers. But the reality is a BIG NO. Out of 40 candidates, only 8-10 candidates are able to make that happen. and 30 candidates will get on the road. If you have an offer in your hand from MNC or any other good company. Accept the offer. Please don't fall for the trap of seeing their website that everyone is getting an average salary of 8-12 LPA in startups. Because I have seen multiple candidates rejecting an offer from MNC or any other company for accepting Mountblue's offer. after a few weeks, they get terminated from here. I have also seen candidates resign from a previous well-settled job to join Mountblue, which is a huge mistake in their life. Please don't join if : 1. You are already working. 2. You are already having an offer from a company. 3. You are an average student, in terms of learning. 4. You don't have 2 lacs to pay for the bond. (Yes you have to sign a bond of 1 year of INR 2 lacs, Even if you sign the bond you can get terminated at any point in time, but you can't do anything about this). Monday to Saturday work from the office and no holidays. keep that in mind. that this company makes money from candidates who are too good. They just filter average-performing candidates out from their batch. All the best.

Advice to Management

Stop ruining the career of a candidate.

They will tell you that you have made the Mountblue recruitment process then you will definitely get placed in one of their customers.
