How are senior leaders perceived at NAHL Group?

Pros

NAHL Group has an excellent culture, everyone is incredibly friendly and genuinely want to work together to succeed. Everyone can relate to the values of the business - Passionate, Drive, Curious and Unified - making it easy to gain buy in and achievable for every day deliver. The leadership team are inclusive and approachable, there isn't a feeling of hierarchy which invites easy collaboration and feedback. There are quarterly open lunch events where the Leadership team meet with the employees to talk about what is going on in the business, but if you want to ask an adhoc question then they invite you to ask away through the 'Ask an Exec' section on the intranet. The company genuinely care about their employees and pay for a yearly family day in the summer (open to family and friends), and a yearly Christmas party with a plus one. NAHL is a passionate and caring business employing fantastic people who genuinely want to see the Group succeed. The business invest in the people and so the people invest in the business.

Processes can be improved but this is already working progress
