Health insurance is payable from employee's pocket. No work-life balance.

Advice to Management

Dead lines must be achievable but not like putting pressure on employee to work like 14-15 hours a day (even on weekends)

Pros

Very good working and friendly environment. Great learning for freshers

Cons

No Gym facility. Less chances for onsite.

How are the career development opportunities at NEC Technologies India?

Pros

Good career growth for freshers. Exposure to new technologies. Good worklife balance for those who do not want to work.

Cons

No career growth for 5+ years of experience because NEC is full of freshers. NEC won't give you good hike one you reached at the package of 8 lack per year. As a result you will need to switch.

Advice to Management

My advice to GPM here to see their SPMs and PMs who love to play politics.

Good career growth for freshers.

What is the feeling of job security at NEC Technologies India?

Pros

Good perks and decent hike compared to other service based companies. Easy onsite opportunities to japan. Job security.

Cons

Lot of unnecessary documentation. Would scare the developers to code a single line as Bug is treated like a crime. Not much technical work. You will become an expert in Microsoft word/excel. Too much of favoritism Worst management. Micromanagement to the core. Managers role is to monitor and blame the subordinates not support. Stringent timing.It would take one to the school days memory ,the fuss when you r late. ;p Work in not challenging. HR department should be improved.

Advice to Management

Any number of suggestions would make no difference. :)
