Does NetApp offer parental leave?
Pros
Great benefits including generous maternity / paternity leave, COVID specific benefits, and overall friendly happy work culture. It's a large organization, so there are lots of opportunities to shift teams and expand career goals.
Cons
It's a large organization that can be slow & filled with red tape. Meetings are often unorganized, lack agility, and go by very oldschool practices - think long powerpoints filled to the brim with data / text. majority of communication is done by email too.

Does NetApp have a pension plan?
Pros
Two very stark sides of the company. In the Good, the cloud side are held in high regard, future of the company but very small share of revenue. Good share scheme, good pension - standard US Bluechip packages. no redundancies in pandemic, (but poor adaptation and management - "hey let's have another pub quiz!")
Cons
Toxic atmosphere in the traditional sales organisation. Targets unachievable, set on legacy physical sales 5 years ago. Managers manage numbers, no coaching, no development, no support. Blame culture. Best Place to work? back in 2015 maybe, but still trade on that historic family culture whilst staff who built it have long since been moved out. Bullies are promoted, drinking culture, high rate of long term sick, terrible pandemic response and treatment of staff. Make sure you get your package right day 1 as it will never change.
Advice to Management
if the company want higher churn of staff, keep doing what you're doing.
