I've worked with businesses small and large over my career and NetApp is one of the best places I've worked so far. Management is transparent, I feel cared for and supported, there are excellent benefits in place, everyone seems happy and motivated in their work. Really nice atmosphere and work culture. Can work with autonomy and trusted to get on with the job at hand. The business is growing in the right direction and its great to be part of that.

Benefits package - great medical/dental, etc. Also offer 40 hrs paid, per year for volunteering. Salary is good Company culture, where employees are treated as valuable assets Good bonus plan - if the company does well, you do well

work life balance can be tough not a lot of processes documented things change often - this can be seen as "flexibility" but also seen as inconsistency
