Does Netomi offer an employee assistance or workplace counselling program?
Pros
Netomi has a strong mission, tons of opportunities for professional development in up-boarding and paid education/training, and the people we support are fantastic to work with. The focus on employee benefits and retention is making it such a rewarding place to work and leading to higher quality of care and programming for the people we serve. Plus it’s been a great team atmosphere with endless support from all levels of the organisation.

Would love to have more in-person meet-up.

Does Netomi offer unlimited holiday?
Pros
In terms of work life balance, I feel that the company is very accommodating . My manager has been very understanding when i have had to take time off for personal reasons, and there is a lot of flexibility in terms of working from home or adjusting my schedule when needed. Overall, I would recommend Netomi as a great place to work . The company has a strong focus on employee satisfaction and professional development , and I feel that my contribution are valued and appreciated.
