I've been working at Nichesoft for over a year. I joined as a fresher and was given the best basic training that anyone wanting to become a competent software developer can hope for. The way the take up the training and the importance that they give to it really reflects the kind of engineers that they want to produce. Besides the training you get the opportunity to work with highly motivated colleagues and to work on a variety of projects and technologies. The learning curve that one can achieve at this company is truly mind-blowing. Despite the above mentioned Pros, the best feature would have to be the management and the truly flat hierarchy of the Company. Any and all engineers, junior or senior are always available to help and guide you in any way possible. To conclude, it's a really fun place to work at, if you pass on Nichesoft, you're missing out on many things.
