What is the feeling of job security at Nukkad Shops?

Pros

Cant think of any pros

Cons

No job security, PF or medical. Work on weekends. Forced to join 20 whatsapp groups and follow them 24 hours. Ill behaved and dishonest Leadership.

Advice to Management

Plan your projects and dont sell lies to customers. At the end employees suffer because of your poor planning and over commitment. Employees are human beings, not slaves. if you want them to be faithful then pay them and allow them to live normal lives.
