Does NVIDIA offer relocation assistance?
Pros
Top Salary and Benefits package, RSUs. Culture is inclusive, employee-centric with thoughtful Leadership. Their Covid response has been top notch.
Cons
In the past there has been a lack of true diversity, but the focus this year has been on recruiting talent from every demographic, so I am hopeful that this moving in the right direction.
Advice to Management

Does NVIDIA have a sabbatical or career break policy?
Pros
One of the best places to work if you love system software (operating systems, compilers, computer architecture, etc.). Pros: - very competitive package (cash + equity), even for new grads - great work culture (top 10 across forbes, fortune, glassdoor, etc.) - many opportunities to learn and grow, we do a lot of things across horizontals and verticals - free food and commute to office - WFH or hybrid possible - many other benefits: funding for higher ed (currently part-time only), good ESPP, ample leaves, etc. - so much more: opportunity to have patents in your name, support for research papers, startups, etc.
Cons
Cons: - i have heard your experience might depend on your manager but i have a great manager so can't really say :) - no sabbatical (part-time only as of now)

Does NVIDIA offer dental insurance?
Pros
Health, vision, and dental benefits, ESPP stock purchase plan, WFH equipment resources, intern gifts sent from the headquarter
Cons
Framework-specific engineering work of deep learning may be mundane to some, but as I got more familiar, things get interesting. May need to take some time off work to stick to deadlines.

Pros
- Great team - 401k match and more - Nvda stock purchase plan 15% espp - Amazing maternity and paternity benefits - Focal reviews and updates to pay are good
Cons
- Normal corp career growth ladder ... have to 'wait' your turn - You can start to feel that you're a cog in a machine - Food is not free
