Great enthusiasm for work and Good exposure of new opportunities and projects

Why do OYO employees quit?

Pros

Nothing have to say very disappointed.

Cons

Such a worst decision of my life to join OYO life. Most of the employee got fire in month of January 2020 without any basis i.e. they didn't even count your performance or your behaviour towards organisation , randomly bulk firing, even they don't have any answer regarding that if you ask questions they simply said that this happen just because of structural changes your role will not fit in the organisation. Seriously, the worst performer continue his job but you don't coz you're not chaatu.
