Management should care about employees compensation and promotion part effectively. Professional with long time in OFSS is bot getting proper hikes and promotions.

What is the feeling of job security at Oracle Financial Group?

Pros

Good onsite opportunities if you work for better clients.

Cons

Bad compensation and appraisal cycle, like once in 2 years Work not distributed properly. One person might need to compensate for 4 people's work but wont be paid accordingly. Senior management is quite laid-back and more concerned about their own job security rather than growth. Worst office politics where management wont even think twice before jeopardizing your career goals. Senior management is client bootlickers, because of which there will be unrealistic deadlines in every scenarios. Non - existent HR. Monotonous work culture still sticking to older technologies

Advice to Management

Rejuvenation of young people is the need of the hour. Major technical infrastructure improvement is needed. Better HR and Transparent appraisal policies. Better Client policies.

back and more concerned about their own job security rather than growth.
