What is working from home like at P. Marshall & Associates?

Pros

Great place to work with an interactive environment even with COVID restrictions. Managers care about your well-being and mental health. Great vacation policy and work from home opportunities

Cons

Not really a con but you will be put into situations where you will have learn and execute on the fly. This is talked about in the employee orientation though, so take it for what it is.

Advice to Management

Keep making work fun and interactive. Can't wait for the activities and work gatherings to continue.

How are flexible working hours at P. Marshall & Associates?

Pros

Daily lunches, flexible work schedule, approachable management, and unlimited PTO. Real Estate team members are constantly engaged with each other and the clients. The sense of comradery is strong there.

Cons

Cyclical work/projects can oftentimes cause uncertainty, but PM&A is great about retaining talent during such events.

Advice to Management

Keep trying to sustain and maintain the culture, as it's a reason most people continue to work at PM&A.

Does P. Marshall & Associates have an on site gym?

Pros

Great Culture and Team, Truly empowers employees to do what is right for our customers and the company

Cons

Lunch used to be a great perk but with so many remote, it might be nice to look at other benefits that would be applicable to all employees. Gym collaboration or stipend to incentivize continued healthy habits.

Advice to Management

Thanks for caring and for providing additional avenues that have made it possible to work remote and still keep delivering for our customers. It's a great day to be PM&A!
