Does PNC Financial Services Group have a pension plan?
Pros
They have pretty good pay, good benefits, a great culture, and you have a vested pension after 3 years. They match 4% for 401K and give about 3 weeks vacation time. Everyone is incredibly friendly and actively work to help each other.
Cons
There really aren't any that I can think of.

Good overall benefits package, good culture
Cons
Lots of red tape, sadly true of most of the financial industry given heavy regulatory environment.
Advice to Management
Double down on employee engagement and rewarding success financially, there has been some concerning attrition of top talent. I think a good way to combat this would be making comp a quarterly or semiannual exercise instead of only once a year
