Pros
Good benefits including gym / health purchases reimbursements & subscriptions to Meditation Apps.
Cons
No room for negotiating salaries, there is a lot of nepotism as well which is hypocritical considering their diversity and inclusion policy. During the course of COVID they have made many big changes and have failed to be transparent with employees about realistic office re-openings.
Advice to Management
Value entry-level associates more.

Pros
PVH cares about diversity and inclusion. Sustainability is important, though the company doesn't get as much credit as it deserves. The office is beautiful and the benefits (internal restaurant, Christmas gifts, associate discount etc.) are good
Cons
- Very hierarchical - many decisions are taken by the top management, which slows down processes and provides limited decision making to the teams - The evaluation is very subjective. Associates are evaluated in 3 points (values, achieving goals and growth) with "not successful", "successful" and "exceeded expectations" . It's very open-ended and gives way to many promotions not according to merit, but according to personal relationships.
Advice to Management
Trust more on your own associates and empower them to make the decisions. This way the management can focus on the long-term strategy, instead of the tactical day-to-day. It would help associates to grow and develop as leaders.
