Pros
Good benefits including gym / health purchases reimbursements & subscriptions to Meditation Apps.
Cons
No room for negotiating salaries, there is a lot of nepotism as well which is hypocritical considering their diversity and inclusion policy. During the course of COVID they have made many big changes and have failed to be transparent with employees about realistic office re-openings.
Advice to Management
Value entry-level associates more.

Pros
- Great for families/parents - Flexible schedules (depends on your manager) - Good resources and platforms - Good holidays, PTO, and summer Fridays - Cute jars to take home when they host a "brunch" every 4 months
Cons
- Not a find a friend work environment, there will be cliques and you will most likely eat lunch alone unless you make an immense effort to branch out - Upper level managers do not care for anyone - Work life balance is nonexistent if you're manager is terrible - Consistent last minute assignments - No organization - No diversity, a sea of white with a little bit of color here and there - Takes them a year to start an initiatives and another year to gather a committee only for nothing to be done - No growth or learning from previous years and mistakes I truly enjoyed working with my team but I could also see their energy, potential, and passion draining from them daily. This company does not allow creativity to thrive. Everyone is such a joy to work with and such talented people but VERY under appreciated. It's great if you want to keep your head down and do meaningless and mindless work every day. If you're looking to really cultivate your skills, learn, and be heard; this is NOT the place for you. You will be just a cog in a machine that believes you can be replaced in 2 seconds.

Pros
Nice facilities Gym Some teams are good, with a diverse staff
Cons
I was in the wrong team with an egotistical insecure (and barely competent) manager, this person made my life miserable: gaslighting, lies, twisting things to make me look bad, public humiliation. Everyone saw that this person scapegoated me but no one said/ did anything to help me. My only option was to quit. This person acted this way because they knew they would get away with it given their seniority. No help from HR Lack of respect A lot of fake people, beware High turnover because of toxicity, politics and Covert discrimination and racism from some managers, despite their Diversity and Inclusion initiatives People only 'care' about you if you're well connected with management Too many useless meetings Too many changes at short notice due to managers' ego Surprised to see many people in high position with no sense of fashion whatsoever Huge egos, lack of competence from management. Some staff are more competent than management
Advice to Management
Some people are not meant to be managers. It looks like they can only regurgitate what they read in some coaching books or sessions. They don't care about people, only about themselves. I am disappointed by this experience because I had high hopes about this company, but the reality is: not worth it at all.

Pros
-Good brand name -Management in US is good
Cons
-Bad choice to join this organisations “TPG or GOC wing in India” i.e., Technical/software or any other IT division -HR is worse of all for TPG/GOC India division. Concerns are not heard off. -Employees are preferred from a particular of the one off the south state/region in India and there is no diversity -Politics is worse than the service organisation
Advice to Management
Look into the politics in TPG group and have diversity

Pros
PVH cares about diversity and inclusion. Sustainability is important, though the company doesn't get as much credit as it deserves. The office is beautiful and the benefits (internal restaurant, Christmas gifts, associate discount etc.) are good
Cons
- Very hierarchical - many decisions are taken by the top management, which slows down processes and provides limited decision making to the teams - The evaluation is very subjective. Associates are evaluated in 3 points (values, achieving goals and growth) with "not successful", "successful" and "exceeded expectations" . It's very open-ended and gives way to many promotions not according to merit, but according to personal relationships.
Advice to Management
Trust more on your own associates and empower them to make the decisions. This way the management can focus on the long-term strategy, instead of the tactical day-to-day. It would help associates to grow and develop as leaders.

Pros
Most of my experience was great due to the coworkers being extra nice and the overall ambiance of support and caring for others. I can’t talk about other divisions but the press office is a really great place to work at.
Cons
I would say some of the diversity and inclusion talked about so much at the company is a bit performative but other than that my experience (short as it was a 6 months one) was good and it is the kind of company environment that I seek.
