How is management perceived at Pactera Technology International?

The working level staff is good, but not the management level.
Cons
Always client first. The management treat the staff like a slave and think that staff should work overtime for the client without any compensation. The management will not care how much effort and time the staff has spent on the projects and never appreciate it. Whenever there is something wrong, the working level staff will be the one to be blamed. Just like when there is no project, the working level staff may be fired while the sales will be safe even it is their fault for not getting any new projects! To management, please note that the staff is the one who make money for this company, without their time and effort, you will not be able to charge the client. How you treat your staff, the staff will treat you and your client the same!
The working level staff is good, but not the management level.
