This week’s position of the week is for the Senior Manager, Compliance Investigations role in Bangalore, India. As a Senior Manager for the Compliance Investigations team, you will work at the cutting-edge of financial crime as part of PayPal’s Global Financial Crime & Customer Protection (GFC&CP) function. As part of your responsibilities for this position, you will build, coach, engage and direct a group of Managers and Investigators into a highly responsive, dynamic and effective “team” to ‘Build the Next Generation’ and achieve superior performance standards as part of PayPal’s Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) function. Apart from developing your teams, a critical component of your role will be to will interact with peers and financial crimes risk professionals, all levels of management, and other internal or external constituents in order to deliver comprehensive views on investigative and intelligence matters and represent reasoning of case disposition on behalf of your team.
